ANNEXURE A

1. The purchaser acknowledges that no TV or radio antennas or satellite dishes are to be affixed to any exterior surface of any dwellings or out buildings. Satellite dishes are to be placed at the rear of the property at ground level only.

2. The purchaser acknowledges that no reflective building materials (zincalume) are to be used on any dwellings or out buildings.

Landscaping Rebate
3. The vendor agrees to reimburse the sum of $1,500 to the purchaser for landscaping to the front of the dwelling within 18 months of settlement to the satisfaction of the Project Manager and subject to inspection by the Project Manager.


ANNEXURES B

The purchaser is hereby entitled to a $2,100 Technology Package compliments of Seacrest Corporation Pty Ltd, which will consist of: $1,600 for a Computer & Firewall package

for a Computer & Firewall package

$500 for 12 months free internet access with WestNet Pty Ltd

for 12 months free internet access with WestNet Pty Ltd

Your must be occupied within 24 months of settlement and must be equipped with suitable wiring and connection point for access to the Seacrest Technology Services to be able to claim the computer and 12 months free internet access.


ANNEXURE C

Advice for purchaser

* The property is situated within the Arrowsmith Groundwater Area proclaimed under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act.

* A licence must be obtained prior to commencing a bore or well. A licence when issued, would contain conditions including, but not limited to the following:

(i) the amount of groundwater that can be pumped annually

(ii) the pump rate

(iii) the purpose for which the groundwater may be used

(iv) the construction of the bore

* If you intend constructing a bore or well, you must apply to the Water Corporation for a licence. As this process may take some time, you are advised to apply three months before the licence is required.

* The issuing of well licences is not automatic, but subject to overall groundwater availability.

* A licence will not be required if the groundwater is to be used for domestic purposes or stock watering only.

The Vendor, Seacrest Corporation Pty Ltd , is registered for GST.

The total prices shown in this brochure are inclusive of the Goods & Services Tax (GST) and all sales are made under the margin scheme.

(Note: Under GST regulations, acquisition of property under the margin scheme is not considered a creditable acquisition, that is, no input credits can be claimed.)
