Mariner Resort

Resort Living, Long and Short-Term

122 units especially designed for seaside living in this part of the Mid West are being developed on the former Mariner Hotel site on Chapman Road. Featuring a clever mix of residential apartments and short or long-term resort-style accommodation.

15 luxury, 2 storey, 3 bedroom, 2/3 bathroom units, located in a secured environment have already been built.

The remaining 107 units comprising a mix of 1 and 2 storey, twin keyed, serviced holiday style accommodation, have commenced construction.

PHASE 2 - SHORT AND LONG STAY RESORT ACCOMMODATION

Phase 2 of the Mariner Site development consists of fifty eight units. These units are comprised of Type 3, Type 3A, Type 4, Type 5 and a Reception facility (Type 4). The proposal provides a variety of units and flexibility of use.

The short and long stay units consist of 2 - 3 bedrooms in a split, self-contained studio arrangement including a bathroom and open plan living and dining area. Most units have either a 2 car carport or 2 car bays. Type 4 unit is a two storey, split level design with a balcony. Type 5 also have a split level studio design. The other types are ground level only. The units have been designed to function within the resort environment, with communal gardens and facilities.
